Autumn Term 1 & 2 - Stone Age
We have been learning all about how humans survived in the Stone Age.
Children need their PE kits in school Monday to Friday.
MacMillan Coffee Morning
We had a brilliant time at the Macmillan Coffee Morning at Badby Village Hall.
On October 17th we went on a trip to Creswell Crags, to support out topic on the Stone Age.
We tracked Stone Age animals, became Archaeologist in our own excavation stations and explored a real Stone Age cave!
We had a fantastic time dressing up in honour of our new KS2 reading lists. You will see these new lists coming home in their home school communication books, with rewards handed out for lots of keen reading!
100 years since the end of WW1!
The children have been marking 100 years since the end of World War 1 and remembering all those who fought and died in the war through history and art based tasks.
